Zarion Uti (Nwokocha Daniel) hails from the eastern part of Nigeria, rocking thick black dreadlocks and a bomber jacket. He’s clearly almost as interested in “The Way” he looks as the “The Way” he sounds. Zarion is set to debut his new sound but judging from how he explains it. We will categorize it as a mixture of Afrobeat, R&B and Soul music. Zarion learned to incorporate the slick stylings of smooth R&B into his singing, he’s also capable of laying down some bars that will fascinate the city’s top guys. Zarion’s sound are influenced by his favorite artistes whom as he said, are one of the major reasons he decided to make music in the first place; such artistes include Fela Kuti, Bob Marley, R. Kelly, & Chris brown.
“These people made me want to do more than just listen to music” says the 18 year old visionary.
Zarion Uti claims that none of the singles he has dropped are recent. Meaning “The Way” and his latest release titled “Right Now” are old projects he made way back and decided to get rid of. So it’s a topic of concern what the 2017 Zarion Uti would actually sound like. These two singles have made a very good impression of the young vocalist and it’s definite that we will be looking forward to his future releases.
